How does Hoist Pro work with permissions?
Hoist Pro lets you have multiple administrators and members. The original person to set up the team holds the billing relationship for the entire team.
How do I set up site addresses?
In the web dashboard, select “Sites” button on left and follow the instructions to add sites.
What tools and assets are available to the team?
The team manager can select what is available to the team. The team manager can also move tools and assets between the Pro instance and the personal one. This is especially helpful when migrating to the Pro version, and when not wanting every item to be available to the team.
How do I transfer tools and assets from personal to the team?
In the web dashboard, select any assets that you want to make available to the team (you can select multiple assets at a time), then click “Move to team”.
Only the team manager can add/remove assets from the team.

What is the cost of Hoist Pro?
Hoist Pro® is $9.95 USD a month for unlimited team members, full dashboard reporting, and includes free tracking for 20 assets. Unlimited assets can be added, pricing is $4.99 USD a month per block of 20 additional assets.
How do Asset Blocks work?
When you add an asset to Hoist beyond the first 20 assets included in your monthly Pro licence, you’ll automatically purchase an additional Asset Block for $4.99 USD a month, which allows up to 20 additional assets to be added to Hoist. The number of blocks required are calculated based on the peak asset count in Hoist (in both personal and team) for the month. There are no discounts, refunds, or credits for a partially used Asset Block.
How can I get an invoice for Hoist Pro subscription payments?
You can access these in the web dashboard by selecting “Billing”, there you will see copies of all invoices available for download.
Can I set up automated reports to be emailed out?

How do I reset my password?
Select the reset password button and you will receive an email to reset your password.

How do I remove team members?
Team members can’t be removed, but they can be deactivated. The reason for this is because there might be associated history on assets that needs to be retained. To remove someone from the team, you need to de-activate them on the web dashboard by going to the Team Members page.
I've been invited to a team, but when I’m signed in I’m not in the team?
You must accept the email invitation to be added to the team. Even if you already have Hoist you must accept the invitation emailed to you!
If you already are using Hoist we recommend giving the team manager the email address you’re already using to sign in to Hoist. This way you can use your personal and team assets without having to sign in and out of Hoist.
